FAQs
Here are some common questions about our residential pressure washing services to help you.
How soon can you schedule me?
We prioritize your needs by ensuring that most estimates are sent out the same day, and we aim to schedule the majority of jobs within just a few days.
What payments do you accept?
Take advantage of our free payment methods, including Zelle and ACH. We also accept all major credit and debit cards, with a convenience fee applied. Payment is required upon completion.
Will soft washing damage my homes siding or paint?
No. We use low pressure with the right detergents for your surface, then rinse thoroughly. No damage—just clean.
Do I have to be home?
No. As long as we have access to water and the cleaning area(s) (gates unlocked, cars moved, and secure your pets), we’ll send before and after photos along with updates.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Remove vehicles, furniture, fragile items, obstacles, and pet waste from all work areas. Prior to the start of service, ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed and sealed. Additionally, position towels at the base of any doors and windows that are not adequately sealed to mitigate potential water intrusion.
Will you protect my plants and landscaping?
Certainly. We implement pre-wetting, use covers as necessary, and conduct post-rinsing. Adhering to plant-safe practices is a Good Pressure Washing standard.
Can you address non-organic stains like oil, rust, or red clay?
Yes. These non-organic stains require specific chemistry and application. Oil spots are lightened, while rust and red clay receive targeted treatments. They are optional add-ons and are priced upfront after we assess the surface and set clear expectations.
Do you service my area?
Our primary service area predominantly includes locations located along the North GA 400 highway; however, we are open to providing assistance beyond this area when possible.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
